Need help inserting a video as full wide screen below header

I have a video I wish to insert onto my homepage/index. Basically I want to replace the static image banner below the site links with a video wide screen but not going too far down. I have tried inserting video/embedding code. Can anybody help please? as I am still developing it the website link is http://worldairgroup5.yolasite.com/

I am not a website developer purely try to do this for my own company interest. Appreciate your ideas and feedback.

Hi Christopher
first you will have to remove the banner see attached. Once you have done this, you can then add your media video and then adjust the margins to position your video on the page
