Can I move a new Yola subdomain website to an old domain purchased from a Yola Siver account? I also don't want to lose my old website so do I need to change it back to a subdomain site? And if so, how?

Hi Jurate,

I'm not sure I follow which site you want with which domain but the short answer is, you can easily assign and republish websites to various domains without ever losing any of your website content.

Please review the tutorials below for more details on how to do this.

Publish to free Yola subdomain.

Hello Jurate,

  1. UNPUBLISH your old website. This will release the old custom domain and it is then available for publishing with your new site.
  2. The old site is safely stored as a site-file within your My Yola.
  3. PUBLISH your old site to a new yolasite sub-domain.
  4. PUBLISH your new site to your old custom domain.
