Need a Refund for Yola Mail

Hello. When I checked my Yola mail this morning I was directed to a purchase mail screen. I thought I had to renew so I clicked yes. I was not renewing my existing mail, I purchased a new mailbox. Can I reverse this and get my money refunded on my credit card?

Hi David,

You can definitely get a refund. I have checked your account and I can see that you when you purchased the new mailbox you setup a new address (recipe@).

Could you let me know if you would like to keep this new address, or if you would prefer a refund for the mailbox and keep your old mailbox (webmaster@)?

We are still on our Christmas break and we are only doing minimal support. So, we may not be able to respond until we return which is January 2, 2012.

Yes I would like to get a refund for the new mailbox and keep the old one. January 2nd is fine.

hello

I have just renewed my domain and inbox but it charged me for two? Please can you work out why, and then refund me for the one I do not need. I did once purchase a second inbox when it made it sound liek I needed to, (as above) but this was refunded, so the box must still be active and needs to be cancelled and me refunded. thanks
