Hi Kelly,

I have checked your domain's details, and it expired with Yola on the 16 April 2011. We are able to recover your domain for you up until a month after it has expired, but once a month has passed we no longer have access to the domain.

Your domain then goes through what is known as a "deletion" period at the registrar, and is put up for repurchase once this period is over. The deletion period can take up to a couple of months.

We do send numerous email reminders before your domain is due to expire, as we understand that the domain expiration process can come as quite a shock to customers. Could you let us know if you received the domain renewal email reminders?

At this time we can only advise you to continue to check if your domain is available for repurchase. You would first need to unpublish your site from the domain: How to unpublish your site, and then you can check for it's availability by following these steps: Buying your own domain from Yola.

I'm sorry that I don't have better news for you. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
