Adding products to Yola Online Store

Hello, I've been trying to add my product to the online store but its not coming up.. Is there a specific way to do it? I tried doing it when i didnt publish it yet and it didnt work then tried setting it up when i published it.. please Help! lol thank you

Hello Kristen,

If you go to My Yola and select Online Store you will see a zebra-line backed list of products successfully added to your catalog. Do you see your added products there?

Hello Kristen

It seems that your products haven't been saved for some reason. When I open your Yola Online Store page in your My Yola, I'm still shown the Online Store set up flow. You will need to add at least one product, shipping and payment method to open your Control Panel and make more edits. You can change your settings later at any time, so you could also add random information to get started and then edit them in the Control Panel.

Please clear your cache and cookies, and let me know if you can't finish the set up process successfully.

Thank you! What does sku mean exactly? How do I. Clear up my cache and cookies?

Hi Kristen,

SKU stands for "stock keeping unit" and is basically another word for item number. Please see the link Stefan posted above for details on how to clear your cache and cookies.
