NEED help canceling my account

I need to delete my account but Yola won ́t allow it because I "have active subscriptions". I already clicked on "account" on the left hand menu, but there are no cancel options. I need to do this soon! Help!

Hi,

I've tried to cancel my account a number of times using the Delete Account function and the Contact Support form but have had no success.

I have also sent through two emails to cancellations@yola.com and am yet to receive a response.

We sent through the cancellation within the 30 day money back period and would like our money refunded and the cancellation to be processed.

Email address is gutsypacman@gmail.com. Would some please respond and cancel the account and process the refund.
