Hi ethan0904,

Well, I just went to your website, and I can't believe it when you say that you're a complete novice to this! (If so, then it is a testament to your imagination, time and effort spent merged together with the Site Builder's easy-to-use website creation tools...) It's very original, and is full of useful information. There's a lot of consistency to the size of your ads too, which makes everything look very professional. You have really done a lot -- you have ads, working links, a newsletter, a site map.

I could propose adding a Guest Book page perhaps, or a Comment Box, or possibly a form, which might collect relevant information from your shopping clients? These are ideas that could add some "interactivity" value to your website.

I would be really interested to see some suggestions from our community, too.
But overall, it's a work-able, practical website, with over 300 companies listed in the pages of your directory -- phew! That's a lot of links! (and the ones that I randomly tested all are working... :).

Nice work!

I totally agree with Adrienne's thoughts and comments about your site. You really outdid yourself. It is nice to see such drive and determination to site building and you need not worry about the headaches my friend they go away as your site relaxes and finds its groove. I think you are on your way to some rewards now.

I know how much effort goes into the selection of ads and such with the code generation and placement so all I have to say is let your mouse and your hand have a day off out before your right click button breaks like mine did. You deserve rest after all your hard work...

Great job...

Oh one thing I would say to think about is the traffic counter and it diverting your viewer away from your website by clicking on it. You got them and it seems right to keep them I think.

Here is a free counter which you can either hide from or show the viewers. It is a great analytical program as well by telling you where your traffic is coming from and how long and which pages the visit.

Be sure to check out the blog that the user created on this topic just for SynthaSite users too - the link is in the thread.
