Posts like this always get my attention. Of course it would be terrible if no one got back to you. Fortunately we have an excellent system where I can check your customer history. I looked up your email address on our system and I see that Nazlie replied back to you extremely promptly on 26 January. However, you never replied back to her after that so that she could continue helping you. So your support case is still open, pending your response.
One of the things that really slow us down is when customers don't reply back on their initial case, but instead open a new case or forum topic. This means that we have to research the issue from scratch and repeat work that has already been done. But worst of all it really slows us down in getting you the help you need.
Please reply back to your original case with Yola support regarding this matter. From the way you worded your initial request it sounded like you wanted to transfer your domain to a different site in your account. However, from this post I see that you meant something else completely. Feel free to set us straight any time we misunderstand you and we will be glad to get the right answer to you as fast as we can.
