Hi all, hoping someone can give me an easy answer or suggestion, the thing is I am now just starting to construct and play with a new website which is completely different and off topic to my original but this new one for the layout I want to use the banner that I have made in Paint Shop Pro, the size is 500x600 so was looking through the layout styles and thought that "Squeaky Clean" might be the go BUT nope unless you have a suggestion - reason I say NO for "Squeaky Clean" is that it might have a white page but up top left it automatically adds the name I have chosen I would preferrably like to not have that there but ultimately a super squeaky clean page where I can put my banner, any ideas, also not being very clever with anything more than the most simpliest of tasks is there a way to have a blank page but perhaps give it a light shade of colour so it won't be so stark?

Hope I explained that ok so you know what I mean.

Thanks in advance

Hi Indi,

Thank you for your post and I hope we can help.

Your question writes: "Squeaky Clean" is that it might have a white page but up top left it automatically adds the name". You can remove the text in the banner area by clicking on it, deleting the text and adding a space. It will appear blank.

We also have a style guide that may help you to make your choice: http://www.yola.com/yola-style-guide. You'll be able to filter the style guide so that you know exactly which styles have the features you're looking for.

Squeaky Clean also allows you to change the background image, if you upload a small square of color, you'll be able to change the background color:
1. Click on the "Properties" tab on the sidebar on the right.
2. At the bottom of the "Properties tab", under "Background image" click on the three dots (...) to choose or upload an image.
3. Click on "OK" and the image will be added as a background to your page.

Please note that the background will apply to that specific page and not to the whole site. To remove the background image, follow the same steps above and click on the 'None' button in the image selector dialog box that opens.
