Hello!
For my website, I am trying to create "mouse over buttons" that light up, however, I created them from scratch on photoshop, and was wondering if there was a program online in which I can upload them, and generate the code from there?

Here is a link to my website: www.farinspireddesigns.com

and the page in which I have the buttons are located on:

www.farinspireddesigns.com/portfolio.php

I would love to use my own custom buttons with a fade out element to it when the mouse goes on the specific button, but I cannot seem to find any generators out there in which I can upload the files via my desktop? Any help would be appreciated, or feedback for that matter.

All the best!

Hello Fariha

In addition to JenC's suggestions, another possibility is to perhaps use something from the Yola Code site which might meet your needs. Here's a link to one possible suggestion: http://yolacodes.yolasite.com/linkopa...

Please let me know if you need further help with this.

Thanks JenC, but unfortunately thats not what I was looking for. Sanja's link was exactly what I needed! However, its not working out for me some reason? I posted the code exactly as it appeared with a sample image and its not working out. Can you please help me figure out what is wrong with it? You can find it at this link, and I used only one image down below.

Thanks again!

Hello Fariha

Hmmm.. it looks like you have copied pasted text from MS Word?

I need to advise you that when you copy and paste rich text directly from MS Word onto your site, this brings along a whole lot of unwanted formatting that is not web friendly and can easily break your page. It can also cause your site to show up inconsistently in different browsers. The problem might not always show up immediately, but sometimes it happens after you save and navigate to a different page or log out and log in again. To avoid display and loading issues, the best alternative is first to paste your text into NotePad (in the accessories folder of your computer) and then paste it as plain text onto your Yola page. You can then use the Yola text editor to format your text as desired.

Once you have addressed this, it may fix up your coding problem. Please let me know how this goes and then if there is still a problem, I'd be happy to take another look.

Hello Sanja,
I took your advice and posted the code in a text edit program on my computer-the alternate version for notepad for a mac com is text edit-and it seems that it may just have been worse? The code is now showing the words, and still no success. Would you mind taking another look?

Sanja, visit Yola here: http://html101.yolasite.com/, and then can place word etc inside and get coding, apparently fixes the problem. It strips out the word bad bits. Good luck. JenC
