Need to be able to search forums by date.

The ability to search the forums sorted by most recent date would be a vast improvement as so many of the results I get when searching the forums for solutions are obsolete and therefore waste more time than save time. Unless this of course is possible but I don't see how! If so, please advise. Thanks! :)

Hi Jordan

Thank you for posting this suggestion.

Just to be clear, are you referring to the forums on your website? If so, please share your site address with us so we can take a look at it.

If you are referring to the Yola Community Forum, then we can make some suggestions to our forum hosts.

Hi Nazlie,

Thank you for the quick response. My apologies. I should have been clearer in my posting! I am referring to this forum, the Yola Community Forum. I have used the forum a lot to resolve issues, but spend way too much time sifting through obsolete postings. It seems to me that there should be a simple filter that allows us to show only topics containing posts in certain time frames (ie. current). If not a filter, then the ability to sort the responses by date would serve the same purpose. In fact, that would be superior in my opinion.

I believe that this has been discussed in detail in the past, but again, without sifting through tons of postings, I am unable to determine if anything new has developed on this.

So yes, it would be wonderful if you could get the hosts to improve this. I do think it would be a huge improvement.

Thanks for the consideration.
