Need to renew my store

I need to enable or renew my online store but it is not giving me the option to do so.

Hi Amy,

Can you see if your store is on auto-renewal or not? I'm guessing that this is the default?

It SAYS it is - as did my silver status BUT they did NOT aotomatically renew - I happened to see by accident - I was back to bronze & had to renew silver manually - and now it says my store is disabled BUT it is still there and there is no way to pay again!

Please send an email to support@yola.com. I think that an email allows you some privacy in clarifying this situation.

I didn't see a support case for you so I have escalated this to our Payments team to investigate for you. If you did send a support request it's possible I didn't see it if you used an alternate email to the one associated with this forum.

Please reply with the website address associated with your online store in order to verify we are investigating the correct account.
