Network Error (tcp_error)

I just created a site call When I tried to load the site for the first time to see if it looks better after editing it, it gave me the following error "Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team. ". Could someone please help me?

Hi Givyne,

Did you try refreshing the page and clearing your cache? Also what browser are you using?

Could you let us know where you are based? If you are based in South Africa, we have heard there are internet connectivity problems and this could be why you are struggling to access your websites. I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do in this case and we can only hope that they will sort out their problems soon.

Do you know how to use tracert?

Basically (if your using a PC) open the 'command prompt' window.

type in -


then when its finished right click the screen and select 'select all' ...then press 'Ctrl' and 'C' at the same time... Then paste that into a email. Send that to your ISP and they will beable to trouble shoot the problem.

Also paste it here on this thread and i'll take a look, I'd like to see if its the same server which has an issue as on another very similar thread.
