Hi, my name is Wouter and we have been having trouble accessing the live website, not the web builder.
It started about a day ago, and ever since we cannot load the website
I have added an image of what happens
Any help would be appreciated alot!
this is a website built for an online game's society/club and we realy need it working again.

Hi Wouter,
It must be an issue your end as the site loads perfectly for me (see below)
Perhaps a browser setting is blocking the site.
Try and clear the browsers history settings and try again.
(tools > clear recent history)
Also see if there is a newer version of firefox.
(help > check for updates)
If that dosnt help get back to us on this thread.
Lee.

No, i tried everything i can think of, firewalls arent doing it(turned them off)
antivirus turned off..still nothing.
I can access it from my phone, which is weird, i tried Firefox, and Opera and still no luck, any idees?
I even tried all the webpages of the website, non are loading, both of our computers can't access it, we are using a hub to share the internet among the two of us, we get the internet as part of the flat that we live in.
Do you think it might be the ISP blocking it for some reason?

haha yeah i just did, they are going to contact me in the next half hour, the main engineer at the isp wil help me hahaha, but i think it must be something along the lines of that they detected alot of unknown data requests or something from that webpage, and thought it was a virus and cut us off, my brother made the page background a pic that was 1.2 meg large and that made loading times realy bad, i fixed it yesterday night though...but they must have blocked the website url then...only possible explanation

Hi Wouter,
We have received your email in support as well. You would need to contact your Network support team to resolve this issue. This is a problem with your network.

Just to be 100% sure make sure yola has not made it into your virus protection blocked list.
I'm sure Kershnee will get to the bottom of it soon.
In the mean time continue editing your site - the rest of the world can still see your site.

Hi again, i have contacted our isp and they have confirmed that the problem is not with them or a server with them that is down, i have also done a numerous amount of things to see if they would get it to work with no results.

Have you try'd turning off any virus protection software?
If you have do you know how to use tracert?
Basically (if your using a PC) open the 'command prompt' window.
type in -
tracert 208.75.208.172
then when its finished right click the screen and select 'select all' ...then press 'Ctrl' and 'C' at the same time... go to word or another word proccesing program and paste it into that.
Send that to your ISP and they will beable to trouble shoot the problem.
Also paste it here on this thread and i'll take a look... i'm off line now for a few hours - i'll look in the morning.

Hello Wouter,
I can also get to your published website. If you can access it from your phone and others can access from their computers it sounds like and ISP issue. Did you ask them about ISP caching or if they use a proxy. Possibly their proxy is blocking our ip address. I know that Kershnee has said she received your email to support and will also assist you from there. Those are just a few things you can ask your ISP.

Hey Wouter,
You mentioned that you were sharing your internet connection! I've been having problems with my setup as well and was thinking it may be related to the problems you are having. At home I have a few PC's conected through two routers (switch's) to a shared (Vodacom wireless HSDPA) internet connection. After trying a direct internet connection, my problems stopped. Try connecting, using your phone as a PC modem, directly to the internet and see what happens.

HI wouter, try getting into command prompt, Go to "Start > Run" and type "cmd" (no quotes), then select "OK" while at command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns then press "enter". after you have successfully flushed your dns, now type ipconfig /release then press "enter", then type ipconfig /renew and press "enter". let me know if it resolve your problem.

Wouter - do you ignore my comments/replies on purpose?
If you had used tracert instead of 'flushing your dns' -- (all that achieves is getting a new internal ip)... you might of had an idea hours ago... its alright - im wasting my time with you.

Wouter,
If you get my last reply on a email just ignore it.
If you do what i say above and select all the text from the tracert report and copy it into a email - then send it to your isp...
It looks like its step 7 isnet.net which i believe is a nameserver is the problem - Your ISP will sort it.
