Hi Barbara,

From what I understand, you are experiencing a problem on Facebook when you try and access the Networked Blogs site. Although we are not able to assist you with Facebook-related problems, you can visit https://www.facebook.com/help/ to access Facebook's Help Center.

Thanks Justine, but it is YOUR link on FB that is not working. A lot of other folks have commented in FB that are also having the problem, so I hope someone looks into it and fixes it soon...

go to YOUR app page..the page never loads, and then finally gives an error message...Try typing Networked Blog Apps (your link) in facebook...ERROR MESSAGE:
Error while loading page from NetworkedBlogs
Empty response received.
and two buttons "GO HOME" and "TRY AGAIN"

Prob may be with facebook..but no one can access your application right now.

Then..click on this link: http://www.facebook.com/help/?tab=apps

and SELECT - Networked Blogs

UNABLE TO CONNECT

AND...then go here: http://www.facebook.com/networkedblog...

over 30 people have written here to complain there is a problem, but I don't know if anyone from FB is reading that. Thanks for your help..any other suggestions...it may be a FB problem, but it's your problem too, no, since it's the whole application not working??

Blessings

From Facebook

How do I determine when I should contact Facebook and when I should contact a developer about an external application issue?
You should report issues occurring within an single application to that application’s developer by going to the application’s Profile Page and clicking the "Contact Developer" link on the bottom of the left column, or by clicking the "Report" link at the bottom of any canvas page within the application. You will then see the option to contact the developer directly.

Hi Barbara,

Thank you for getting back to me. You have mentioned that it is our link on Facebook that is not working - are you able to provide me with this link so I can investigate further?

From the error you have mentioned, you are trying to connect to "Networked Blogs" which is a community of bloggers and blog lovers. This is not a Yola-hosted site, so it is difficult for me to provide you with any feedback about errors you are encountering.

I have tried to visit the Networked Blogs homepage (http://www.networkedblogs.com/) and it does seem to be down. A good way to confirm whether they are experiencing any problems is to post on their wall. They should be able to assist you from there.

I included all of the links in the posts above. If i could access their wall, I'd love to post. I included the link above on FB where over 30 people have posted the problem: http://www.facebook.com/networkedblog...

Thanks for looking into this. I'm not even sure how I ended up here. LOL..I was following links trying to post and ended up on your forum, mistakenly thought it was Networked Blogs. Sorry about that. I finally found the report a but on FB (which they don't make easy to find) and posted that..but who knows if anyone will get to it...

Thanks for getting back to me..nice to see active responses since I'm a Director of Customer Support, I truly value awesome support and quick response time.

Have a great day and thank you again.
