Never Receive "password reset email" from Yola

I am unable to reset my password for my Yola website account because I never receive the "reset password email" from Yola that they say they sent me. I receive all other kinds of mail from Yola at the same email address, but NOT the reset password one that I need to access my site and do my updates. (My email address is a g-mail address and has no other problems receiving mail.)

I have tried several different browsers and always check to see if it went into Spam/Junk folders...but nothing.

I'm so sorry to hear that. t's likely that the Reset Password email is being directed to your Spam filter or your "Social" or "Promotions" Gmail inboxes.
