Hi Joe,

No you can't directly interchange your inventory from the PayPal listed products to the Ecwid store.

If you are comfortable with Excel then there is a relatively easy way to minimise the effort for this chore. Please let me know and I'll show you a way.

Thanks for responding Joe,

Category pages are exceptionally easy with Ecwid, you have a couple of options either with then facilities of the store or with the Yola site-building methods. The Yola methods are more flexible. To do your migration you would create a sheet using headings like these

Category Name Price Weight Image-URL Description

Simply copy and paste the info from your published pages to your excel sheet.
To copy your image URL you Right click on the appropriate image and Copy Image URL then paste that into your sheet. (The fact that you already have your images in a web-site is a god-send as that is the most tedious task of manually uploading product records.)

The category would be your page name heading.

Price add as a non-formatted number ( ie get rid of the currency sign)

Weight is important for shipping and should be the boxed weight for final convenience. (You can always amend this later)

In this layout, the name would be obligatory for the file to work and in fact all the fields are necessary for your convenience.

When it's completed save this and then save it again as a CSV (comma delimited) file. this is then what you upload to Ecwid. the upload takes about 5 minutes for 400 products with 2 sets of images per product so it's really fast.

Hope I have made this clear and happy to give you a kick start with a few of your products in a file if it would help you. Your call.
