New SiteBuilder: Toggle between WYSIWYG and HTML isn't working

With the upgrade to the "new" version of SiteBuilder, it seems the development staff may have forgotten something with respect to the blogging widget: Videlicet, the ability to toggle between WYSIWYG and HTML formats, and vice versa, which I happen to like.

In fact, just as the "new" SiteBuilder tool became ready-teddy to use, in attempting to post a new entry into my blog (as I am wont to do from time to time), I tried the toggle from WYSIWYG to HTML--only for some reason or another, the HTML component doesn't seem to work in due and timely manner. Signing out, then signing back in to my account, even refreshing the page, don't seem to solve the problem.

Could it have been, perhaps, some sort of oversight with the programming and development team responsible in preparing the New SiteBuilder tool, or is there still further testing as needs to be completed first? And are there any workarounds I should try in the interim?

(In any case, a check of the Server Error Logs may be especally helpful. As well, in case you need this to aid in possible server debugging, I was using the combi of Mozilla Firefox 13.0 in WindowsXP, SP3, on a cable-modem connexion.)
