New Sub Menus Not Showing

Hi
I manage a site which has the new sub menu feature, on this page

there should be 5 sub menus displayed under the members tab which are not showing. I removed them as sub menus from within the page manager and reapplied them, cleared my cache but unfortunately they are still not showing.
Strangely enough there are 2 under juniors which are displaying correctly.
Some help would be appreciated.

Hi David,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. What you are experiencing appears to be a bug in our system and it has been logged for our engineers to look into it. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this is and will certainly keep you updated when I hear from our engineers.

Hello David,

The issue with the submenu has been cleared up. Can you please try clearing the cache and see if the problem persists?

I've cleared my cache but unfortunately the problem persists, as before 'Juniors' works fine, I tried it in FF4 and IE, please fix this as soon as you can

I told the site owner this would be fixed yesterday and am now getting grief that this wasn't the case. This is a silver account site and a week to rectify this problem isn't good enough. Please give me an ACHIEVABLE time frame for this to be fixed

After clearing cache I have checked site sub menus in both FF and IE and they do not display, please could someone take control of this issue and ensure a fix is actually in place.

Hi David,
Did you re-publish your site? I have taken a look in your Sitebuilder and can see the submenu displaying there?



When a fix is released that changes something in your Sitebuilder you do need to re-publish your site for the changes to be made live.

Can you please let me know if that is not what you are seeing in your Sitebuilder?

I was unaware that after a Yola fix the site needed to be re-published, I have now done this and the menus are displaying fine.
