Newly Purchased Yola Mail not working ...

I purchased yola mail but my mailbox: http://mail.asvarmoredcars.com is not working.
Nothing shows when i click "Check Inbox", link :http://my.yola.com/email/inbox/asvarm...
Domain: www.asvarmoredcars.com

Kindly fix it urgently ...

Hi Joby,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have checked your Yola Mail's settings, located the error and corrected it so that you can access your webmail.

The change may take up to 48 hours to take effect (usually a lot less), so please let us know if you are still unable to access your webmail after this time.

Hi,

I purchased another mailbox ( transaction number 8fc0c0178dec49eb80f50d3147e2d279 ) and set up the email anoop@asvarmoredcars.com. But neither the mailbox is active nor can i find the new mail box in yola mail section.

Kindly check if there is any problem and fix it asap.

Hi Joby,

I have taken a look at your account and I can see that there was a technical issue creating your mailbox. I have notified our engineers, and as soon as it has been fixed we will let you know.

I have also noticed that you made two extra payments for Yola Mail which are pending, and so we will be voiding them and the money will be returned back to your account.
