No response to emails to Yola Support

I have sent 2 emails to Support on the issue of incomplete domain transfer, poor communication and retained billing notification after the domain was registered to another registrar. There has been no response to the latest 2 emails. The first sent 5 days ago and the second within the 24 hour period. There has been no courtesy acknowledgement of either.
