No account associated with e-mail address, but website is live?

hi can someone please sort my account out . i have been working for days on this website and its published and available online . but i can not get on my yola account . im paying my payments and everything,. but keeps saying no account associated with email address . i have emailed support with no good solutions so im trying this . please do not ask me to try stuff when im logged on as im trying to tell yola i cant log on thats the problem . i can see my website but cant edit it . someone please help x

It sounds like you may have more than one account with us. Can you please share with me your published site URL and we will send you an email to let your know your email login details.

I feel the same as Lynne above since I have the same problem. I have 2 active sites: Divorce by Internet and Divorce legal solutions. I can see my sites on the web ie. www.divorcebyinternet.com and www.divorcelegalsolutions.com.
However when I want to login with yola it keeps saying that my e-mail or password is incorrect and it is entered correctly. What is going on? Please sort it out immediately
