No files displaying from Library

Since today ZERO files from the library can be accessed from the published page but they are visible in the editor.

This occured after I uploaded some additional files to the library. I can see all files (old and new) fine in the website editor but all I see is a red X on the published page. If I try to then refer to the image directly only by its URL then I get a 404 File not found error.

Hello,
Have you possibly moved images into folders after they were added to your page. If so, you sill need to follow these steps and it will solve the problem.

1. Click on 'Edit' on the top-left of the file.
2. Navigate to the file in your File Manager.
3. Click on 'Select'.
4. This will ensure that the correct path is being used for your file.

For more information on how to use our File Manager we have a great tutorial here: File Manager.

Let us know if this does not solve your problem.

I do not believe that I have moved images into other folders but I followed your advice just incase. Unfortunately it didnt help :(

Problem is still there and impact ALL content from the Library... maybe this suggest a problem within Synthasite?

This could be a bug on our side, or it could be a problem with the way your files are stored. Could you drop us an email at support@yola.com?

We will help you get this sorted out, although it might require technical assistance, which will only be available tomorrow during working hours.

If you could send the email, we could take it from there.
