No one to talk to

I appear to have had my domain disabled but have no idea when it expires or how much I should have paid to keep it open. I have been contacted by people who are no longer able to contact me saying I have not paid. Makes me look bad when I did not receive any communication from you about this and all friends, contacts etc have my domain name,
please help

You can get this information by logging into your Yola account.

On the top line is your login ID and if you roll your mouse over this a drop-down appears with a field labelled Account Status. Click on this and the details of your account will show both your Subscription date and the domains you own.

If indicated you can then click on the renewal links to make payments for these. The hosting and the domain are separate payments.

Hi Stefan
am not very good with computers and am now totally confused. My son says that my account is with yola and that he had a notification on his mobile that my subscription was due but he forgot to tell me. My two addresses are and Domain name theflowerbarrow. Even if you are replying to these addresses I am not recieving so do not know what to do.
I tried loggin in to my account but cant have also sent a request to account support but not sure how I receive a replyt.
