No replies from support. Urgent re signing for Pro and YEP. Need help as soon as. Plus primary domain name pointing

have sent emails to support on two different items and not received replies.

1. relating to difficulty of primary domain changing (see previous posting - which says answered .... but it has not been answered yet) I need urgently my primary domain changed.

and

2. I have asked re Yola pro, which I have been wanting to buy... I asked that since I was invited to have 20% off as a new user for the Pro package, and also as I am a YEP person where I was invited to purchase on a special also
Could I use the 20% and also get the YEP special as well. ??

Still after quite a few emails I have not heard back. Can you please assist me.

These are now urgent. Unusual you have not replied and helped me. So am wondering what is happening. ???

I don't know about 80% * 80% discount, but the coupon codes are same.

Changing primary is ez , log in > site manager > enable advanced domain settings > choose the domain.

If you having openin site builder , use Opera 9 with turbo enabled.

Ayesh, well hate to tell you. but Yola has changed its way of doing things.
I use the advanced domain bit quite a lot. Have now sent emails to support on this yesterday - Yola support came back and said I was first to see the changes and they are changing things and still in process of redesigning so at present cannot do. They asked that I contact them and ask them to do for me.!!! That is why I am getting frustrated !!!!!
It does enable you to go through to change the advanced bit, but no good as keeps coming back that domains are taken, so not working at all. Not simple as it was.

I've made the change to your domain for you and newzealandartworkshops.co.nz is the primary domain - is that correct?

I will forward your details to the YEP team and ask them to reply to you as soon as possible.

Marije, thank you Hugely. Now working as it should!
It was so so easy before.
What with my problem 'downunder' in NZ with past hosting co, and then this, and no replies, when all of you are usually so prompt, was wondering what was happening.
When I have my problems down here fixed and when Yola has the advanced domain bit up and running correctly, will amend all the pointing bits and pieces.
