No submissions received from contact forms, losing customers help!

I am having problems with the forms on my website, they have always worked fine however for the last couple of weeks I have not been getting sent any submissions. I have tried sending multiple test ones myself and it says sent successfully but I get no email. Please help as I am loosing lots of customers due to this, and this is my busiest time of year to get new customers being a dance school at the start of a school year.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Just to make sure we haven't overlooked one of the obvious causes, can you please check for me in your e-mail account/programme if the form submissions have been put into your Spam or Junkmail folders?

If you can't find any form submissions, can you please try this: Remove your Form Widget and create it again newly. Make sure that the Widget Settings include your e-mail address (default is your login e-mail). Save, republish, wait 5 min, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and test your form again.

If that doesn't solve the problem, please let me know, and I'll investigate further for you on this matter.
