No Yola Pro E-mail yet!

Hello, I have recently upgraded to Yola Pro (my account e-mail is j.thompson@gmx.co.uk) and it has been a few days and I still havn't recieved an email containing the codes for the free advertising & picture credits. The strangest thing is that my account is pro (I checked) but I have had no confirmation email or anything (I still want the Pro account lol). Please help xD
