This would depend on the extent of the damage caused by the Word document. If it's in your index page it is very difficult to get to if it's preventing access in your builder.
If it's on another page you may be able to simply delete the text widget that you placed it in.
If you are finding difficulty in accessing the page then the easiest way is to delete the page and restart the page construction. If it's your index page then you may have to rebuild your site. You can send an email to email@example.com and ask if they could do anything about the problem if it's preventing you access.
