My domain is pointed correctly (if you are wondering, is a custom domain not .com .net or stuff like that). I waited for 3 days already and i can't seems to get the website to load. Any ideas why that could happen. The first few weeks when yola started I can do it no problems, now it seems to be stopped working.

Hello there Lozu,
I am sorry you are having this problem.

Would you be able to tell us what your domain is so that we can check your settings and hopefully help you resolve this.

Many thanks for working with us on this.

Hello there Lozu,

I checked your domain and it doesn't seem to be set up correctly. You only have one A record pointing to Yola

Please make sure you have 2 A records set up. If you would like your domain to work correctly with the "www" prefix you need to make sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix. For this you need to set up two A-records:

* Some domain registrars require one A Record with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www".
* Other domain registrars allow you to create one hostname called "domain.com" and another "www" (replace "domain" with your own address).
* Both should point to our IP address: 208.75.208.172.

For more information on pointing your domain to Yola, click on thislink

I hope this helps.
