Not a problem but maybe it's a bug?

Hi,

On several occasions, when logging in to edit my site, I have displayed, to me, the pages as they are (Live) on the Web ...i.e with no widgets etc..the same as if I had opened the site as per normal through a browser...(you with me?)
Logging out and then back in resolves the problem.
This happens only with Google Chrome..It doesn't happen with I.E...I.E just crashes all the time...lol :)).
I say again...it's not a problem to me...but maybe a bug you'd like to know about.

Regards as always.

Hi Mark,

Hmmm, that does sound strange. At this time Google Chrome is not a Yola supported browser, so possibly that could be a problem. I do use Google Chrome though at times and have not run into this. The next time this happens, could you email support@yola.com with some information on what you are seeing and in which browser and we can take a closer look. That would be helpful!

Thanks,
Emmy

Hi Emmy,

Thanks for the reply.

Of course, no problem, I'll forward the info when and if.

Incidentally, and excuse my ignorance, what is the recommended browser for Yola?

Thank you

Mark

Hi Mark,
Great question! We would suggest using Firefox as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment :)

Hi Emmy,

One other query with Google Chrome is that when you pass the cursor over a photo, the Alt text is not displayed on the screen (as in I.E)

Hmmm, I just tested this on Google Chrome with a site and did see the hover text, can you tell me the page you are seeing it appear differently between Chrome and Firefox and I can take a look.
