OMG, I made your mushroom recipe the other day and LOVED it! I did use the oyster sauce as you suggested and added just a bit of ginger.....heaven! Thanks so much.
Also I posted a pic of my dish, check it out. http://www.food4memories.com/japanese...

Sorry everyone, just had to get this out to Peter.

Oooh - Delish!

Winter has started here in Cape Town. What I wouldn't give for a nice hot dish like that.

We should have a Yola party! Rizan22 could be the official caterer!

And yeah, one more suggestion. Add a google search box on every page on your site.. I personally missed it.. so might other users feel it as well!

Hello Rizan,

I am so glad you tried and enjoyed the dish: "Hed Yipon prig-thai kiaew".

I will certainly tell the owner of the restaurant where I first tried it, I'm sure he will be delighted. His restaurant when you come over here on a 'foody holiday' is "Talab Ngoen" {money box}. Saraburi. See you then, speak to you before! Currently collecting other joyous pieces for your site.

I have a feeling with Asian recipes that there's no such thing as a hard copy and the cook simply remembers what he/she likes and the way it tastes. I'm sure no two times are the same.
