I'm still waiting for a response???? I now have two sites and I only want one. My intent was to upgrade my existing site so I didn't have to start all over again with all the work I've already put into the one site. Please just upgrade the original free site and get rid of the new site. Original is new site I didn't want is If this can't be done, just cancel everything, credit my money back and I'll try another website company. I'm not gonna start over again. Thanks for your immediate attention. Rick

Hi Rick,

Sorry to hear how frustrated you are, I hope to be of assistance to you. When looking at your Yola account I am seeing two sites, one named 'Rick Richards and Friends' which is not published and another named 'Rick Richards Entertainment' which is published to http://rickrichardsentertainment.yola.... Which site are you hoping to publish your custom domain to?

If you would like to delete one of the sites from your account, you certainly can. Here's how:
1. Log into your account.
2. Open the site you would like to delete.
3. Click on "Site" > "Delete Site".
4. A window will pop up, asking you to confirm that you wish to delete your site and requesting that you type in the word "DELETE".
5. Type in "DELETE", click on "OK" and your site will be deleted.

If you would like to publish your site to the custom domain you have purchased, simply press the green "Publish to the Web" button. A box will prompt open asking if you would like to use your custom domain. Select your domain and continue with the publishing.

Please let us know if we can assist you further in this regard.
