Hi, Although I am still still working on my site, I published it to the web expecting by now to be able to see it.

I am upset to report that it is not possible to find the site and on top of that, all I have found is a site calle whois.domains offering domain names similar to the one I bought with my personal details all over it! It also look like my domain is available!

Can you also explain why I have to keep publishing my site to the web?

This is not what I expected as I had heard such good things about you. I am disappointed and if this can't be rectified I will need to be refunded.

I expect a prompt reply.

Hello Charlotte,

Can you please tell us the URL of your published site so we can take a look at it for you?

You need to re-publish it after you make changes so your changes show on your live site. We do not automatically publish your site as it might not be ready when we publish it. I hope this makes sense.

Please note as soon as your site is published it will be live online but if you are using a search engine (such as Google or Bing) it can take a while to be indexed.

Many thanks for working with us on this.

Hi Charlotte,

With regards to your domain showing up in on Whois. WHOIS is a system used as a method to obtain contact information for IP address assignments or domain name administrators. This is why you might see your domain on Whois.

Once you tell us what your domain is we can assist you further with removing your details from this if you would like to do so.
