Not happy with Yola.

Why am I getting this message when I have already paid in full for the year...Plus I have upgraded to silver. Not happy with Yola...may cx.

I am so sorry about this. This is a really embarrassing bug that we are working on. Users who initially purchased Bronze and then upgraded to Silver sometimes still see the old Bronze renewal reminders. Particularly awkward as the last thing we want to do is offend customers who upgrade!

I will make sure that the reminders are removed from your account. Until this is done, please ignore them with my sincere apologies!
