whichever you add as the domain, your web site is www.example.com.(automatically redirects to the www version.
Make sure that you have added 2 A records.
(for movies.teleads.cz.cc and www.movies.teleads.cz)
this should be the mistake you've done.
Your site has no www.Movies.teleads.com A record.
Yola does this to protect your site from being banned due to duplicate content.

When I look up the domain, there don't appear to be any A Records set (as Ayesh says).

When I look up your domain's settings, I see that you have one A Record pointing to Yola and another pointing to: 207.58.177.96
Please make sure you have 2 A records set up. If you would like your domain to work correctly with the "www" prefix you need to make sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix. For this you need to set up two A-records:
* Some domain registrars require one A Record with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www".
* Other domain registrars allow you to create one hostname called "domain.com" and another "www" (replace "domain" with your own address).
* Both should point to our IP address: 184.72.229.176
For more information on pointing your domain to Yola, please take a look at our tutorial: Publish to a domain you already own.

When looking into your domain information, I still see two different A Records. Please see here:

It appears that you have not changed your second IP address to: 184.72.229.176. I see that your registrar is Moniker Online Services. Please visit them to make these changes. Unfortunately, we have no way to access records that are external, and cannot make this change for you. If you struggle with changing your A Records, I would suggest emailing your registrar with a message like follows:
"Dear Moniker Online Services,
I have built a site with Yola and I am hosting my site with them. However, I have purchased a domain through you and need you to provide me with domain name management. I need to use your name servers but set up two A records (address record) to point to: "184.72.229.176". Can you assist me with this or give me instructions on how to do it? If not, please could you advise me how I could get this done."
Please let us know if you need further assistance, Alex!

Alex, our records indicate you still have A records pointing to 2 different IP addresses. Once 207.58.177.96 is changed to 184.72.229.176 you will be able to publish your domain to your Yola site.

One of our engineers, Jonathan made our DNS tool. We do however use Terminal (on our Macs) on a daily basis for domain look up.

The one with the black arrow on it is the my.nathansmusicstudio.cz.cc You only need one pointing to 184.72.229.176 If you look at those details, thats how it is supposed to be. But, "my.nathansmusicstudio.cz.cc" would be "movies.tellyads.cz.cc" Here is the record form with all of the details that you need:

I put in ".tellyads.cz.cc" in a photo editor so it looks more like yours.
So, that screen shot is how it should look, exactly. So if you just delete those 2 records and then redo it with those details above, it will work.

did you say that your site is working WITHOUT www prefix for your subdomain ?(my.example.com, instead of www.my.Example.Com ?)
this is not possible!
I'm sure that yola rewrite(formely redirect) my.example.com URLs to www.example.com.
Live preview: go to old. texby. com, you'll redirect to www.old . texby. com

I have just checked your DNS settings and I see that you have only 1 A Record pointed to Yola. You need to created 2 A Records with Yola's IP address, 184.72.229.176. We have a tutorial that describes the steps in more detail, here: http://www.yola.com/tutorials/article....
Once you've added the 2 A Records, it can take up to 48 hours (usually a lot less) for the changes to take effect on the web.
Let us know once you have set up your 2 A records so we can check if the changes have happened.
Thank you
Nazlie

Silverx is correct. You need to add a WWW A record for movies.tellyads.cz.cc. It must have the Yola IP address 184.72.229.176.
Good luck!

And somebody at Yola went in the site builder or something and did it for me after I had that set up.
And, sub domain are not supposed to have www. in front of it because they are like sub domains their selves but not really.
I did not have to add www. in front of it, the employee told me (I think it was Jeremy) to just add one record. And then the employee went in and set it up after I had the record set up.
You cannot add www. in front of the sub domain name in the domain regitrar we have because sub domain aren't supposed to have www. in fornt of theme.
Sincerely,
Nathan

Hello everyone on this thread, I am confused right now. I only had to add one record since I already had 2 A records for the actual domain pointed to Yola. Do you mean you need to like this:
www.tellyads.cz.cc points to 184.72.229.176
tellyads.cz.cc points to 184.72.229.176
And then for the sub domain have this:
movies.tellyads.cz.cc points to 184.72.229.176
Is this correct? Because what I did is I already set up nathansmusicstudio.cz.cc with another Yola website with 2 A records and then I just created one A record for my.nathansmusicstudio.cz.cc which is as follows:
my.nathansmusicstudio.cz.cc points to 184.72.229.176
So, is this what Alex needs to do, set up the regular domain and then create an A record with movies in front of the domain pointing to 184.72.229.176?
Kind regards,
Nathan

----------------------
First Record:
Host: movies Type: A Content: 184.72.229.176
Second Record:
Host: www Type: A Content: 184.72.229.176
Third record:
Host: (nothing) Type: A Content: 184.72.229.176
----------------------
So you have to create 3 records all together.
***Where it says (nothing) leave it blank and don't put anything there.***
Sincerely,
Nathan

Thanks for the update! We have been experiencing technical problems with assigning subdomains correctly, so I will need to speak to one of our technical staff to confirm. If this is the case, then they will be able to assign the subdomain correctly for you, and your site will be up and running in no time!
Apologies for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause. I'll be able to get back to you with an update in 24 hours.
Cheers,
Jackie

I'm pleased to let you know that your subdomain is now published! You can view it by clicking here: http://movies.tellyads.cz.cc/
Just to let you know that you only have one A record pointing to 184.72.229.176. The www A record is still pointing to 207.58.177.96. You can see this for yourself if you enter "www.movies.tellyads.cz.cc" in the 'Domain' field at this link: http://www.kloth.net/services/dig.php
This means that you will not be able to see your site at www.movies.tellyads.cz.cc, and if you would like your domain to work with the www prefix then you will need to change the A record to 184.72.229.176.
You can let me know once this is done, and one of our engineering staff will be able to assign the www record for you.
Apologies for the delay, but I'm so happy that we were able to get this fixed and your subdomain up and running! Thanks for your patience :)
Thanks,
Jackie
