when i visit my domain it says its pointing to yola, when i add it to my site it says not pointed, then it says something went wrong and to email support, when i did i got no response

When I look up your domain's settings, I see that you have one A Record pointing to Yola and another pointing to: 207.58.177.96
Please make sure you have 2 A records set up. If you would like your domain to work correctly with the "www" prefix you need to make sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix. For this you need to set up two A-records:
* Some domain registrars require one A Record with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www".
* Other domain registrars allow you to create one hostname called "domain.com" and another "www" (replace "domain" with your own address).
* Both should point to our IP address: 184.72.229.176

i have had a look and it says it all ok, but i did miss out the . in the www.movies part i put wwwwmovies oops, but why does it think its pointed to another Ip address

Unfortunately, unless Alex has both A records set up properly and pointing to this IP address: 184.72.229.176 we won't be able to resolve the problem as the change must be made with the domain registrar. Once both A records are set up properly, we can absolutely take it from there!
Alex, our records indicate you still have A records pointing to 2 different IP addresses. Once 207.58.177.96 is changed to 184.72.229.176 you will be able to publish your domain to your Yola site.

One of our engineers, Jonathan made our DNS tool. We do however use Terminal (on our Macs) on a daily basis for domain look up.

Hi Alex. How about you just delete that www. record? Because, sub domains are not suppose to have www. in front of it. If you look, here is the records in a screenshot:

Hi, it is working without www. Go here: http://my.nathansmusicstudio.cz.cc and sign in with Login: Test and Password: Test and you will see. You have to go to advanced settings and select wthout www. in front. Here's a screen shot of the setting:
Just click Advanced settings next to "Open" in My Yola.

ive done that but its still not working, i have also taken away the www.movies.tellyads.cz.cc away but still yola says its not pointed!

Hi Alex, no matter what, it will always say that it is not pointed because there is something wrong. But, once you have set this up, Yola employees can go in and set it for you.

Guys, I only added one to mine and I have the same exact domain registrar as him. Here is a screen shot of all my records, I only added one for the sub domain my.nathansmusicstudio.cz.cc
And somebody at Yola went in the site builder or something and did it for me after I had that set up.
And, sub domain are not supposed to have www. in front of it because they are like sub domains their selves but not really.
I did not have to add www. in front of it, the employee told me (I think it was Jeremy) to just add one record. And then the employee went in and set it up after I had the record set up.
You cannot add www. in front of the sub domain name in the domain regitrar we have because sub domain aren't supposed to have www. in fornt of theme.

Hi, just go to the website it is currently pointed to and click "advanced settings" in My Yola then remove the domain form that site and go to My Yola again and then click advanced settings for the website you want it pointed to and add it by selecting it in the drop box on the domain list
