Not received transfer email for domain

We are trying to transfer a domain (www.thai4dummies.co.uk) away from Yola to UK2.net but we are not receiving the transfer email at menokarma@gmail.com like we should be?

A .co.uk domain name doesn't use an authorization code, but rather a tag provided by the new domain host. Please email us at support@yola.com and we can help you with the process.
