Not receiving submitted forms

I am not receiving the forms that are being submitted through my website. Is there another outage?

Hi, there is no outage at Yola right now. Can you please post your URL and let me know if you have your email in your account settings for your Yola account correct. To check to see what email you have set up with your Yola account, just go to My sites page and click on the side "Edit profile" and then, you can update your email, name etc. If you don't have the email you want to receive notifications with in the Email field, just change the email address.

Hi, I am having this same problem. Things were working fine for me on Sept. 7th the day I published my site but today I've been trying to get the submitted forms and nothing. I have my emails correct.

I did add an domain email account with google apps today. I don't know if this has anything to do with it or not. I can receive emails from email addresses just not the submitted forms or even the "I updated my site" emails.

Unfortunately, this bug has cropped up again where you are unable to receive the submitted forms to your e-mail. Our engineers have been notified and are working to resolve this issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have this resolved as quickly as possible. We will let you know when the fix has been cleared. Thank you for your patience.

I have been having trouble with this in the past week. I've tried changing the email in the form, but I never receive the form information. It sounds like the same bug.

Hello Vivian,
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. I have just tested this on a test account and it seems to be working as it should and I'd like to help figure out why you are having trouble.

Can you do a few things for me and let me know if this does not help:

1. Make sure you are checking the correct email address. To find out what email address your forms are submitting to please click on the little "Edit" icon in the upper right hand corner of the Form Widget, click on the "Settings" tab and you will see the email address the forms are submitting to.
2. Check your Spam/Junk mail folder to see if the form submission possibly ended up there.

Please let me know if this does not help the problem and you have still not received the form submission and I will gladly assist you further.

hello everyone
i have the same problem i'm not receiving submitted forms

i have checked my Spam/Junk mail folder
and i have the correct email address.

Currently there are 4 reports of this or similar. Yola will need to investigate and fix.
