Not satisfied with Yola!

CAN I get a refund if I have this account closed? I only had it for two days and haven't been able to conduct my business at all. I spend more time trouble shooting.

I have reviewed your profile and I can see that a number of people have tried to help you, and I am sure they were doing their very best. However, as you feel that their help is inadequate, I can assist you with the closure of your account and the transfer of your domain if this is the route you have decided to take.

Of course if you would like to give me a chance I would also be more than happy to assist you with whatever has gone wrong.

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but are you crazy? I have been using Yola for a while now and have had NO problems. I will be glad to assist you if you will let me, though I think Monique's help will be much more useful.

David, might I ask, what browser are you using? (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, ect.)

Hi David,

Don't give up just yet! Like anything else it takes time to learn and figure out how to utilize the features. Have you tried looking in to the fantastic tutorials that Yola provides?
