Not satisfied with Yola's "Community Support"!

I am VERY FRUSTRATED with Yola and the LACK of being able to speak with an actual person! I have a really hectic schedule and on the days that I am able to do work on the computer or on my site, It really frustrates me to be given the run around via your "Yola Support"... "send us an email...but you don't get responses, "we're here to help you"..where's here?, you can't find the "tab" for "live chat"!!! I don't have days and days to try and resolve my issues!!!

I am an actual person and this is one channel through which you can speak to us. Other options are live chat and email.

Yola live chat is available right now. To access it, log into your sitebuilder, and use the "Instant Help" box in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

I have located your support emails and will be following up on those as well.
