Hi,

when I search my home page on Google using both Chrome and Firefox, I get this message

This webpage is not available The webpage at http://www.josepholiverostranscriptio... might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. Error 100 (net: :Err_connection_Closed): Unknown error.

But when I click on testimonials which is what I get when I type in Joseph Oliveros as the keyword, then it pops up nice and clean.

Can you explain why this is happening?

Thanks

PS

And also, when the blank home page appears and you click the view page source, it's not showing the CSS code. But when you go to sitebuilder, it's there. That's funny, I cannot wrap my brain around what's happening. Is there some glitch on the programming of my home page that I should know about?

Or it's just a temporary thing?

By the way, yesterday it was fine and dandy, but now there is some issue with the home page. What gives?

Hello Joseph,
I'm not sure what the problem is that you are seeing. I have taken a look at your published site and it is appearing fully for me in Chrome and Firefox. Are you still having this problem?

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Hello Joseph Oliveros,

It is also working fine for me. If it is showing up in the Sitebuilder fine for you then it could just be a Cache issue. Try clearing your cache, in Chrome click Ctrl + H and click edit. Then click the checkbox next to cache.

This will clear your cache there. In firefox, Click on the Firefox Icon (Firefox 4) and click on the arrow next to History, then click clear history and click the cache button.

This may solve the issue.

Hi Andy and Emmy,

Yes, I'm still having issues on both Chrome and Firefox. I cleared the cache on both but the problem persist. But when I opened the cached version, it appears with a somehow old version of the website with the few keywords stuffed in there in the homepage. Funny because the other two pages shows the edited version of keywords I stuffed in it. So I guess it's Google not having properly crawled it yet, I think.

Oh well, if it's showing up on your sides, then there must something wrong with my computer or browser but I just find it funny sometimes.

Aaargh...

Thanks to you both for helping me on this. I hope it resolve itself soon. I will just keep checking if it's working on my side.

Running the antivirus now. Maybe it's blocking my homepage.... Off I go. Thanks. God bless.
