nothing solve, it has been a month.

I couldn't use the coupon code for facebook/google adwords provided by Yola since I start paying the silver online store package monthly fee. I did report this problem to Yola since the first week of August, until now nothing is solve. There has a support person contact me few times, everytime asking for new information and disappeard for many days, she came back asking for additional basic information again and again.. and still disappeared. What the amazing service!

I'm very sorry that we haven't been able to help you yet. I was trying to find your Yola account and the e-mails you wrote us, using your forum e-mail, but no luck.
