I recently cancelled my original host, after transferring to Yola a couple of years ago. (Had kept them as host for another website. Just got a 48 hour notice that the site is going to be taken down unless I renew.
I assume this doesn't apply to me but want to be sure.
I have two Yola sites: www.evolvingjourney.com
and www.evolvingjourneyastrology.com

Could you please check on these accounts and let me know whether or not
my sites are safe?

Hello,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It appears that your domains are being hosted through 'Wild West Domains'. You can view this by visiting these links:

http://whois.domaintools.com/evolvingjourney.com
http://whois.domaintools.com/evolvingjourneyastrology.com

You will need to ask Wild West Domains for access to your domain settings to either transfer your domains to Yola or continue having your domains hosted with them.

I'm confused. Hostmonster is the host that is saying they are going to cancel. Also, my evolvingjourney.com site is a premium site that has already been transferred and evolvingjourneyastrology.com was not previously hosted by anyone except Yola. So why would I still be connected to another host?

Thanks for your speedjy reply today and hope you can do so again as time is of the essence.

Hello,

I have had our payments team review this as well and you have never transferred your domains to Yola. You did have domain pointing added to your account, which allowed you the opportunity to change your domain's A Records to point to Yola's IP address, however, they are still registered with your initial registrar.

The only way to secure these domains is to visit your registrar and renew them. If you then choose to transfer them to Yola, you certainly can.
