I get a message on My Yola saying my silver subscription has expired and my websites are no longer published. I signed up for month to month. My account says the next renewal date is September 7, and my websites are definitely still published. What's up with that?
We also show your account as active Yola Silver with a renewal date of September 7th so it looks like that email was sent in error. We'd love to investigate further to ensure this does not happen again. Could you please forward a copy of the email to us and link this thread to firstname.lastname@example.org?
