Hi Tara,

I totally understand your frustration of not being able to edit your site. It's the worst feeling in the world thinking you have wasted money.

Could you explain your problem a little more clearly and it may be easier for people to help.

What I would suggest is try clearing your web browsers cache as this is sometimes the cause of problems. Please follow the link below if you require help doing so.

Please reply when you have tried this and let us know if it helped.

Hi Tara

John has made a good suggestion. Please let us know if it helps at all, and if not, let us know in as much detail as you can what problems you are experiencing and what browser and operating system you are using so that we can investigate further.

I did check on your site in the sitebuilder and everything appears to be working as it should, and we are also not experiencing any technical difficulties at this time. So we are very concerned that you report being unable to edit your site, but we need more information from you in order to troubleshoot this further.

In terms of being "impossible to contact" - I note that you have successfully contacted us via our forum, which is one of our channels of communication. I also searched our system for an email from you, but was unable to locate one. If you tried our call center it may be that you tried out of office hours, but if you left a voicemail message someone will call you back during our regular operating hours.

I really hope we can solve this, so please get back to us on this thread or through any of our other support channels so that we can ensure that you can edit your site without further difficulties.

the tool bar is floating like an aparition. in order to put something on my page I double click on one of the "wiggets" and it puts it on my page but I can't control where it goes? I haven't spent a "LOT" of time on it (I haven't tried moving it after it is on my page) as it usually only took about 5 minutes to do when I could control it and that was all the time I alotted myself. So, now I have to wait until I can find time to "play" with it and figure it out again. So basically, Am I able to decide where my elements go on my page? For example. I have photo "Galleries" that I'd like to put copy above or below... I haven't been able to put copy on at all so far... Any instruction will be welcomed.

Thanks for getting back to us. When you double click on a widget it is automatically added to the bottom of your page, but you can then drag and drop it above or below any of the widgets on the page. Alternatively you can drag and drop the widget directly onto the page from the widget menu and place it in the desired position. However, from your description it sounds like you are having trouble placing the widget by dragging and dropping. Can you let me know what browser you are using, and if this happens on a particular page of your site, or any of the pages?
