Hi Shawn,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem. From what I understand, you are not able to access a website that other people are able to access?

Would you mind sharing your site's URL in this forum, so we can test and investigate this for you?

Hello Shawn,
It sounds to me like you are saying that you cannot open your site in the Sitebuilder not that you are not able to get to your published site online. If that is the case, can you please try a few things for me and let us know if this helps the problem:

I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem and would like to get it worked out as quickly as possible. Could you do the following for me, please?

1. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

2. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies.

3. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.

4. Please check to see that you have the latest version of Flash installed, for more information please click here: Version Test for Adobe Flash Player.

Can you please let us know if these suggestions help the problem at hand.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Hello Shawn,

I'm sorry.. it's still not clear to me. You said "no I can get on my sitebuilder" - does this mean you are able to access your Sitebuilder then? Where exactly does the issue lie? Does it lie with your published site and not being able to view it or does it relate to you not being able to get into the Sitebuilder to make edits?

Have you been able to try Emmy's suggestions if you are not able to login to your Sitebuilder?

I am able to view your published site but it did take a while for it to load. I believe this has to do with your large background image. You may want to take a look at these tips: Optimizing the pictures you add to your site.

Please do clarify this further so that we can continue working with you to resolve this.
