Hi Andrew,

I see that you have posted this issue previously. Does this happen when you try to log into yola.com with your username and password or when you try and open one of your sites? Can you please tell me what browser and version you are using? I know you have tried these steps previously, but please can you try them again:

* Make sure you are logging in from www.yola.com
* Are you accessing Yola from behind a Firewall? If you are accessing Yola from a company, academic institution or a public library, for example this may be the case. If you are unsure, check with your system administrator.
* Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
* Check that you are using an updated version of Flash, click on this link.
* Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies.
* Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: Enable Javascript.
* Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
* Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.

Thank you for trying my suggestions. Since you are able to access yola.com on your work computer, it seems like the issue is locally based on your own computer. Have you installed any programs recently on your computer, any anti-virus software?

Thanks Andrew for this information. Can you please try disabling your anti-virus program to see if this helps you to regain access?
