Online Store - "Cancel" Option Unavailable.

When I go to My Account to delete my Online Store and cease making the extra monthly payments, it only gives me the option to renew. Is this because my payment for December (being submitted today by PayPal) has not been processed yet?

We've had no problems with the store, it was just something we wanted to try for a while and we might begin using the service again when we have finished our restructuring, thank you.
