Online Store Customization?

I am working on setting up an online store. I currently have it divided so that I have a variety of products with main categories followed by the subcategories. For example I have AED's, then I have it categorized by brand. I am trying to set it up so that when they click on AED's it brings them a page with the links for the different brands. When they then click on those links it takes them to all the products under that brand. I have it functioning for the most part. The one problem I am having is on the one main page (AED's) I want it to display just the categories. I can get it so that it has the main categories and then three products below. Other than making individual items and linking it is there anyway to it it from within the online store? Thanks.

Hi Kevin,

To do this you would categorize brands for a product as sub-categories. Then when a customer clicks on a sub-category it takes them to that brand. This is done by using the sub-category ID number and creating a store page displaying just that.

have a look at this thread to see if it explains the requirement you need.

You can go down a few levels of sub-categories if you wish.
