Online store - misleading!!

about 3 weeks ago, I still had the Bronze package - when I looked into "online store" it said that I can buy online store for $20 for the first year. Then I upgraded to the silver package, (according to the e-mail that was sent to me - I understood the online store was included in the silver package).

After upgrading to the Silver package, I learned that the online store is not included in the silver package and now it costs $100 for the first year?

I am very dissapointed and would appreciate and answer ASAP.

Yola Online Store is US$20 per month and US$200 per year if you upgrade from a Yola Free account. If you add Yola Online Store to a Yola Bronze account, it is half price, so US$10 monthly and US$100 annually. Can you please link me to the spot or post a screenshot where you found the information "US$20 for the first year"?

Yola Online Store is not included in Yola Silver. It is actually the other way round. When you add Yola Online Store to a Yola Free account, you will get Yola Silver with it and your Yola account will automatically upgrade to Yola Silver. If you add Yola Online Store to a Yola Bronze account, your account will not be upgraded to Yola Silver, which is why you are charged half the price for Yola Online Store (US$10 / US$100). Can you please forward us the e-mail you received to support@yola.com, subject: "Attn Stefan"?
