Online store not working.......

I just signed up for an online store but when I try to enter it to build products it says I dont have one. How long does it take to show up?

Hello Chuck,

I noticed that my Store was unsubscribed and made contact with Yola. They have confirmed that there has/had been some glitch so it isn't just your Store, but rather was a systematic problem

They have remedied the situation I experienced, so here's hoping that yours is now working or will be soon.

Thanks for the reply...no its still not loading. I sent a customer contact email and these two posts and still no official response. I sit and wait. The payment went through for the upgrade however...that seemed to work just fine. It would be nice to know that the Yola employees moderate and check their forums at least once a day. This is frustrating.

Hi Chuck,

I hope they will get yours working soon. Seems then it was a bit more than a single issue. You mentioned it was just a new subscription so they may be holding these for the moment until the Store system is back to full function.

You can be sure that they will get it going for you and I understand the frustration when you're ready to go with it but not able to.

Replies can take a little while until they identify and can reassure you that they have it all under control. Good luck with the Store (when). If you need any answers to it's setup or tailoring please feel free to ask away here.

Nothing yet and no replies from Yola...it has been six hours.....lovely.

Following is the outline of support and time frames, Chuck, to give you an insight into the response time targets. Yola CS are generally quicker than these and they really do try and get to it quickly.

Phone support maybe a more immediate mode for this question and there are a list of numbers to make contact by phone within the link:
